When you sign up to be a Tracker, you will create your very own username
and password. This information allows you to login at anytime and add, edit or
delete your occasions. Occasion Trackers has been designed to be
easy-to-navigate helping you to logically flow through the occasion editing
system. If you have any question, you can
contact customer service and your
question will be answered within 24 hours.

Will Occasion Trackers enter my
occasions for me?
|

Yes. Although the tracker system is very easy to use we understand that your
time is limited. If you would like for us to enter your occasions for you, all
you have to do is send your calendar or attachment by e-mail to
customer service or by fax to (877) 485-7690 and
your occasions will be entered within 3 business days. Make sure that you
include each occasion's subject, type and date. When we enter all of your
occasions for you, all of your reminders will automatically be set for 2 weeks
prior and two days prior to each occasion date unless you specify otherwise.

When do I receive my reminders?

As you enter your occasions, you will have the option to set
your reminder frequency (i.e. monthly, yearly, daily, etc.) as well as
your reminder date preferences. The frequency and date preferences are selected
with each occasion you enter. You will be able to select up to 2 reminder dates
for each occasion.

Why is this service free and how do
you make money?

Can other people view my occasion
information?

When you become a tracker, you will create a password and a
username. Unless you share this information with others, your information
is between you and our database.

Will I receive e-mail solicitations
after
signing up to be a tracker?

Occasion Trackers will never sell our Tracker's information
nor will you receive any e-mail not related to your tracked occasions.

How do I make sure that your e-mail reminders don't get blocked by my e-mail service provider? |

Many e-mail service providers, including AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo!, have created spam filters to prevent unwanted messages from reaching your inbox. Unfortunately, these filters can also block e-mail messages you want to receive, such as those from Occasion Trackers. To ensure continued receipt of our e-mails, you may want to add our e-mail address, customerservice@occasiontrackers.com, to your address book and reconfigure your spam filter, if you use one. How do I cancel this service?

This service can be cancelled at any time by sending an e-mail to
